Abstract (in English)

The immaterial condition of the passage of time and the links with people and events unravel the true cultural value that will solve the measures to be taken on the permanence of the built environment. Architectonical conditions of colonial architecture versus vernacular´s are eloquent situations of disrupt and continuity of the fundamental values of cultural property. Through Authenticity and Reconstruction concepts the built heritage will merge not only the testimonial and documentary capacity of the space, but also the ability to continue stimulating the viewer, which is one of the permanence essential aspects of the constructed environment.
