Abstract (in English)

Within this approach I think from a general viewpoint, some of the factors that make up the essence of the sustainable protection of cultural heritage, such as ethics, laws and regulations, standards and procedures, plans and projects, schemes financial and economic and social training as the predominant factor in achieving this protection. Subsequently, I introduce the example of a comprehensive approach to sustainable protection currently being developed in southern Chihuahua, a state in Northern Mexico.

Dentro de este planteamiento considero desde una visión general, algunos de los factores que conforman la esencia de la protección durable del patrimonio cultural, como son la ética, las leyes y los reglamentos, las normas y los procedimientos, los planes y proyectos, los esquemas económicos y financieros y la capacitación social como el factor preponderante en la consecución de esta protección. Posteriormente, me introduzco en el ejemplo de un planteamiento integral de protección durable desarrollado actualmente en el sur de Chihuahua, estado ubicado en el norte mexicano.
