Abstract (in English)

Bethesda Terrace is the architectural focal point of its picturesque setting, Central Park, designed to contrast New York City's 1811 Grid Plan. The park, with its terrace, are a product of the social and technological aspects of the industrial revolution and the artistic and architectural influence of the arts and crafts movement.
