%X It is now recognized that spending on heritage generates positive investment. However it is important to be aware of the need to carefully analyze various situations and various measures to ensure a balanced economic environment, both for the good or the site in question and for the local as for the national community.  This study provides a methodology to ensure a favorable economic balance of an heritage site.
