abstract	It is now recognized that spending on heritage generates positive investment. However it is important to be aware of the need to carefully analyze various situations and various measures to ensure a balanced economic environment, both for the good or the site in question and for the local as for the national community. This study provides a methodology to ensure a favorable economic balance of an heritage site.
