AB The various interventions and the exchange of the last two days have highlighted the complexity of serial properties and disorganized governance such territories. With the example of the Episcopal city of Albi , it will not issue a serial property nor a well laid, but a "small" cultural property of 19 hectares within which exerts genuine local governance. The purpose of the author will be articulated around concrete examples to give substance to the concept of abstract sometimes what is meant by "governance".
