The specially designed inventory and selection methodology makes it possible to give an assessment of these former watermill landscapes on landscape characteristics, heritage values and current water board tasks. And to examine whether the restoration / reuse of water heritage at locations acceptable to the water board can contribute to the water tasking within the Delta Program. From this a ranking has arisen on suitability for future spatial development.
