You will be surprised to find little known data, such as that of our indigenous mummies and tissues that rest in the cellars of one of the main museums in the world, or that of the pre-Hispanic monoliths and rock art that we still conserve in our territory; clarifications about the meaning of the Muisca word "Gachantivá", the ecological catastrophe that occurred during the Colony, the true birthplace of the hero Juan José Neira, the importance of wheat and copper in the economy and its impact on the transfer of the town, or the warning of the historical demographic decline that the municipality has been experiencing since the middle of the 20th century and its possible causes; as well as the testimonies, in first person and live voice, of the memory of some of our older adults who have contributed to the construction of this history, the same one in which we are all heirs and participants.</mods:abstract><mods:classification authority="lcc">02.
