Аалто, Выборг %X This publication is a compilation of the presentations given at the international symposium The Multicultural Heritage of Vyborg and its Preservation, held in Vyborg in February 2014. The symposium was organized by the Finnish Architecture Society and International Council for Monuments and Sites (ICOMOS) Finnish committee in cooperation with the St. Petersburg Regional Committee of ICOMOS, the Leningrad Oblast branch of the All-Russia Society for Protection of Monuments of History and Culture VOOPIiK, the Civic Chamber of Leningrad Oblast, the University of Turku Degree Programme in Cultural Production and Landscape Studies, the History of Architecture chair at Aalto University’s Department of Architecture and Europa Nostra Finland. The patron of the seminar was the former President of the Republic of Finland Tarja Halonen. The seminar received funding from the Finnish Cultural Foundation, the Foundation for Karelian Culture in Finland, the Civic Chamber of Leningrad Oblast, and the administration of Vyborg.
