After a first general structure, based on the project of Bartolomeo d'Alviamo in 1515, significant changes followed ordered by Francesco Maria della Rovere and Guidobaldo di Urbino, until the current architectural profile was reached. A first hypothesis for the recognition of the project of the sixteenth-century castle.
