Résumé (en anglais)

This work presents the Residential Consolidation, Preservation and Rehabilitation Programme which is part of the Management Plan of the Historic Center of the City of Buenos Aires, developed by the General Historic Center office of the Ministry of Culture of the Government of Buenos Aires. The Programme shows how small financial incentives to rehabilitate architecturally significant buildings makes a surprising ripple effect in improving the built environment.
