To what extent is Wallonia's contemporary heritage integrated in the framework of legal protection? In his article, the author asks this question and explains the role of government (the Department of Heritage) in the form of a results assessment.

Article consacré à la prise en compte du patrimoine contemporain en Wallonie en matière de protection. L'auteur exprime sous forme de bilan, le rôle des pouvoirs publics (le Département du patrimoine).
