Résumé (en anglais)

The author focuses on three points: 1. regulations currently in force; 2. the establishment of appropriate tools at the economic and social context; 3. Organization of Good Governance. Some like governance are not yet charge for the year but the author give you the ideas being considered we lead today in the state services.

Le propos de l'auteur s’articule autour de trois points : 1. la règlementation actuellement en vigueur; 2. la mise en place d’outils adaptés tant au contexte économique que social; 3. l’organisation de la gouvernance du Bien. Certains comme la gouvernance ne sont pas encore actés mais, l'auteur vous livre les pistes de réflexions que nous menons aujourd’hui au sein des services de l’Etat.
