Résumé (en anglais)

This paper has as objective to identify and systematize the evidence that we have in international literature about the experiences of investigation on the incidence of tourism in the Heritage World Sites by UNESCO. We have identified a total of 178 contributions that communicate the topic of general character and through case of study, so much destinations consolidated and emerging. The methodology used have been based on the technique of analysis of content, systematizing the same in around to eight variables and analyzed if the incidence of tourism have been considerate positive or negative. It allows observing by one part the evolution of tourism in this sites, as well as, identify the areas of knowledge that must be addressed in future investigations.
