Résumé (en anglais)

The research / final report focuses on the inventory of 17 watermill landscapes within the management area of the Aa en Maas Water Board. The specially designed inventory and selection methodology makes it possible to give an assessment of these former watermill landscapes on landscape characteristics, heritage values and current water board tasks. And to examine whether the restoration / reuse of water heritage at locations acceptable to the water board can contribute to the water tasking within the Delta Program. From this a ranking has arisen on suitability for future spatial development.

Le rapport de recherche / final se concentre sur l'inventaire de 17 paysages de moulins à eau dans la zone de gestion de l'Office des eaux d'Aa en Maas. La méthodologie d'inventaire et de sélection spécialement conçue permet de donner une évaluation de ces anciens paysages de moulins à eau sur les caractéristiques du paysage, les valeurs patrimoniales et les tâches actuelles des offices des eaux. Et d'examiner si la restauration / réutilisation du patrimoine aquatique à des emplacements acceptables pour l'Office des eaux peut contribuer à l'attribution des tâches dans le cadre du programme Delta. A partir de là, un classement est apparu sur la pertinence pour le développement spatial futur.
