Abstract (in English)

For the year 2000-2001, ICOMOS Wallonie-Bruxelles decided to study glass and above all metal in heritage architecture. Metal is studied here, firstly in its structural function then in its second function, not less important, as a support for glass wall, stained-glass and chassis.
