Abstract (in English)

The central objective of this paper is to outline the major anthropogenic and natural factors that prevent the maximum respect for national assets and Peruvian ancestral knowledge through examples drawn from the study of three Inca sites: the Sanctuary of Pachacamac, the Archaeological Park of Sacsayhuaman and Historic Sanctuary of Machu Picchu.

L’objectif central de cette communication consiste à exposer les facteurs naturels et anthropiques majeurs qui empêchent le respect maximal des biens nationaux et des savoirs ancestraux péruviens à travers des exemples tirés de l’étude de trois sites incas : le Sanctuaire de Pachacamac, le Parc archéologique de Sacsayhuaman et le Sanctuaire historique de Machu Picchu. La présentation de ces différentes menaces permettra ainsi d’aborder l’ensemble du fonctionnement de la gestion du patrimoine de ce pays à travers ses principaux appareils juridiques, son histoire et sa position quant à l’importance de la préservation du patrimoine précolombien. Tous ces points traités participeront finalement à identifier certains moyens viables qui pourraient largement remédier à la dégradation du patrimoine archéologique péruvien ainsi qu’à la dimension immatérielle qui lui est rattachée.
