Résumé (en anglais)

The ICOMOS Advisory Committee met in Buenos Aires on 5 December 2018 to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. The Buenos Aires Declaration was a result of the meeting, it reiterates the commitment of ICOMOS to support Rights-Based Approaches in World Heritage and it refers to the ICOMOS Ethical Principles encouraging members, committees and groups to build strong relationships with communities and peoples in their work.
