Guidelines developed by the OCD-RBA Working Group to assist ICOMOS members and persons working in the cultural heritage sector generally. They establish a framework within which the universal concept of human rights may be embedded into work and projects undertaken in the sector. At the same time the guidelines set out the parameters within which the ICOMOS Working Group operates.
