Arabic translation of the ICOMOS charter for the protection and management of underwater cultural heritage, ratified by the 11th ICOMOS General Assembly in Sofia, Bulgaria, October 1996. This translation was produced by ICCROM-Sharjah in collaboration with ICOMOS for "The International Charters for the Conservation and Restoration of Monuments and Historical Sites".
