Résumé (en anglais)

It would be interesting to know how the problem of minor architectural patrimony conservation is treated in every one of these countries. The French situation: The expression 'minor architectural patrimony' refers to small size constructions. In rural areas it consists in collective equipment as well as worship sites, megaliths, etc Among those, fountains, mills and the following belong to local government. This is also the case for places of cult and worship. It has been like that since the separation between political and religious affairs in 1905. However some of the buildings are private property.
