Abstract (in English)

For this technical day, was addressed the first part of a topic, more and more present on our building sites: lead in the building, and how to protect the environment, men, and conserve monuments. First part which deals with the presence of lead in the external epidermis, likely to be inhaled by the persons working on the building site during the cleaning of the facades; subject also revealed by medicine work on the occasion of the restoration of the dome of the Pantheon in Paris. A second part will concern the interior epidermis and in particular surfaces covered with lead paint. For this first part, we wanted to associate doctors responsible for the workers' health as well as representatives of CRAMIF, which is at the origin of the requirements that have been adopted by the Pantheon construction site during the course of the work. We have also solicited the project managers, the project owner, the curator of heritage, companies, restorers, laboratories and other actors confronted with to the individual cases presented... A legal focus is also proposed (status of the regulatory texts; rights and obligations of the various parties involved on the site) Two cases were presented by their project manager: The Pantheon of Paris and The waterfront gallery, Palais du Louvre Translated with www.
