Abstract (in English)

During the last decade the resurvey of historic buildings in the United Kingdom has substantially increased the number of "listed" buildings subject to legislative controls. In 1987 the value of controlled development in England is likely to be between 3.000-4.000 millio (about 5.000 $ million).
