Abstract (in English)
To areas threatened by structural changes, migration, declining labour-market, loss of faith in the future etc the heritage as a positive resource has increasingly been brought to the fore the last few years. The countryside is changing in an ever increasing speed. New production methods, new patterns of life, new economical structures and strategies form a development process that in a short time have tended to jeopardize our heritage as well as qualities of life of which we are only vaguely aware.
