Abstract (in English)
This book is a collection of articles from the Mass Housing Conference, organized by DOCOMOMO Scotland. The main theme is the mass housing in a post-war context. The conference’s main organisers were Prof. Miles Glendinning of the University of Edinburgh, also Director of the university’s Scottish Centre for Conservation Studies, and Dr. Carmen Popescu, an independent Romanian architectural historian.
Ce livre est un recueil d'articles de la Conférence Mass Housing, organisée par DOCOMOMO Ecosse. Le thème principal est le logement de masse dans un contexte de l'après-guerre. Les principaux organisateurs de la conférence étaient le professeur Miles Glendinning de l'Université d'Edimbourg, également directeur du Centre écossais de l'université pour les études de conservation et le Dr Carmen Popescu, un historien de l'architecture roumaine indépendante.
