Abstract (in English)

To illustrate the spirit of places, in Quebec, there is much to see and there is also much to discover, rediscover. Sometimes you go back in time, we must examine the memories, places and things, monuments and walls, communicate with the gods to which one believes. We must seek these reservoirs of meaning in concrete places, in spaces intangible or symbolic, often secret

Pour illustrer l’esprit des lieux, au Québec et à Québec, il y a beaucoup à voir ; il y a aussi beaucoup à découvrir, à redécouvrir. Il faut parfois remonter dans le temps, il faut interroger les mémoires, les lieux et les choses, les monuments et les murs, communiquer avec les dieux auxquels on croit. Il faut aller chercher ces réservoirs de sens dans des lieux concrets, dans des espaces immatériels ou symboliques, souvent secrets.
