Abstract (in English)

In order to guarantee, improve and implement protection through the classification of assets, conservation through parameterised documentation of the assets, enhancement through dissemination with multi-level reading including geo-referencing and their recovery and rehabilitation, it is necessary to correctly catalogue assets of interest in a given area. To this end, digital media today facilitate the dissemination of complete information on assets of cultural interest in different categories, a dissemination that until recently was limited by technical difficulties. Thus, in re-discovered environments such as the Darro Valley in Granada, the formalisation of a perfectly described and classified list of these assets is much more than a mere rediscovery, because in order for these heritage elements to be effectively protected and have a basis for being disseminated as being of tourist interest, they need to be fully catalogued. In the Darro Valley, heritage goes beyond the category of monuments to be enriched with ethnological heritage. This minor heritage, mostly unprotected, is a weak heritage which, with this catalogue, we hope will be known, disseminated, protected and, if it has to disappear, will remain for posterity more than a mere photograph. Para garantizar, mejorar e implementar la protección mediante la clasificación de bienes, la conservación mediante la documentación parametrizada de los bienes, la puesta en valor mediante la difusión con lectura en varios niveles incluyendo la georreferenciación y su recuperación y rehabilitación, es necesaria una correcta catalogación de los bienes que otorgan interés a un determinado ámbito. Para ello, los medios digitales facilitan hoy la difusión de completa información de los bienes de interés cultural, en diferentes categorías, difusión que hasta hace no mucho quedaba limitada por las dificultades técnicas. Así, en entornos re-descubiertos como el granadino valle del Darro, la formalización de un elenco perfectamente descrito y clasificado de estos bienes es mucho más que un mero redescubrimiento, pues para que dichos elementos patrimoniales puedan ser protegidos con efectividad y tengan una base para ser difundidos como de interés turístico, es necesario una completa catalogación de los mismos. En este Valle del Darro, el patrimonio supera la categoría de lo monumental para enriquecerse con lo etnológico. Este patrimonio menor, mayoritariamente desprotegido, es un patrimonio débil que con este catálogo pretendemos se conozca, se difunda, se proteja y, si ha de desaparecer, permanezca para la posteridad algo más que una simple fotografía.
