Abstract (in English)

The theme of "territoriality" Heritage is treated in relation to socio-economic benefits offered by the simultaneous presence in the territory of cultural property belonging to different "sets" (classic property to property identity), conflict potential powers between central and local authorities on the management of these territories, and the requirement for innovation and socio-cultural management, to take advantage of the positive effects of the new concept of "cultural identity" territorialisé.
