Abstract (in English)
Participation in the intellectual and cultural life of society is a fundamental right of man. This includes the preservation and protection, the intellectual development and increased use by society of the multiple heritage of mankind, of the 'Old cultures', an important factor for the determination of cultural identity and thus of great significance for the further development of the 'new world'.
