Abstract (in English)
Through the example given of the city of Rabat, through the history of its urban development - which started from the foundation of the city itself at the beginning of the century, to the creation of a new colonial town under the French Protectorate in Morocco - the problematical question raised in this communication remains that of the relationship which may exist between a Muslim ciy, a colonial city and the patrimony.
