Abstract (in English)
The above measures basically consist in the grouting of old buildings damaged by earthquake shocks so that their structural systems continue to react as originally intended by their designers; it is considered unsastisfactory to introduce new reinforced concrete structural members which will subject them to tensile stresses, and it is recommended that there be only partial structural repairs which do not affect the general initial design of a building
