Résumé (en anglais)
The contribution is inspired by a series of Lectures that the author in recent months has been holding in various international academic institutions between Asia and America on the role of institutions and the community for the development of cultural policies and the protection of the world heritage. Never before had the philosophy of Ancient Greece provided such reading keys, revealing their relevance in the light of the novelties and opportunities that arise when one carefully observes the present project projected to the future. And never before, as today, has the philosophy of ancient Greece guided us towards a new and interesting humanist path, capable of placing the value of communities and therefore of people at the centre.
Jamais auparavant la philosophie de la Grèce antique n'avait fourni de telles clefs de lectures, révélant leur pertinence à la lumière des nouveautés et des opportunités qui se présentent quand on observe attentivement le présent projeté vers l'avenir. Et jamais, comme aujourd'hui, la philosophie de la Grèce antique ne nous avait guidés vers un nouveau parcours humaniste intéressant, capable de mettre au centre la valeur des communautés et donc des personnes.
