Abstract (in English)
Historic presentation of the development of the Legal normative framework in Mexico for the protection of cultural Heritage, and more specifically world heritage, during the 20th century. The social aspects are hereby examined: cultural identity, enhancement of cultural properties, public awareness, and protection of cultural heritage as an objective of social developement.
