Abstract (in English)
The spirit of the place will always be threatened by the actions of building and rebuilding the city. Among the contemporary practices, which represent the most serious danger to the preservation of the spirit of the place? We must be vigilant to the activities of civil construction as it appears as a veiled threat to the conservation of the spirit of places under the label of economic development
