Abstract (in English)
This handbook was written in 1997 and aimed at supporting national authorities facing problems of illicit traffic in cultural property and having ratified the 1970 UNESCO Convention. It was meant to provide assistance in the development of national institutional capacities and to facilitate international cooperation in that area.
