Abstract (in English)

The ICOMOS response to a call for submissions to the UN Special Rapporteur in the field of cultural rights on cultural rights and the governance of development in the four key areas of: the integration of human rights into policy programmes, the provision of examples of implementation of cultural rights, the provision of examples of commitments and the monitoring of policies on cultural rights.
